Circle Tangent

Paint a Circle, Tutorial for circle

Use menu Assemble→Point→Outline Point, Assemble point on circle
Set center label as O, and point on circle label as P
- Select Element as current, Use menu Object→Current→Set Label(Or click Object TypeName Since 1.2.3)

Select Point O and Point P
Use menu Assemble→Straights→Line(Two Point Form), Assemble Line OP

Select Line OP and Point P
Use menu Assemble→Straights→Vertical Line, Assemble vertical line of Line OP

Select Line OP
Use menu Elements→Current Element→Hide, Hide Line OP
Select circle tangent line and set label text "Line1"
Long click P and move it to target position, Circle Tangent "Line1" will redraw.
